Jeffrey S. Black

Jeff is a native of Mountain View and graduate of Santa Clara University with a Bachelor’s of Science and Commerce degree in Finance. He is an Executive Vice President in the Silicon Valley office of CBRE, a national real estate company, where he has worked since 2009. In his 36 years as a real estate broker, he has concluded real estate transactions in excess of $3 billion, specializing in tenant representation of high technology companies throughout the United States. Some of his notable clients include eBay, Netflix, PayPal, and Altera. Jeff has been consistently honored as a top producer Nationwide at CBRE. Jeff has served as a Director of BellaVista Capital since 2004 and is a member and past President of The Professional Wine Society of Santa Clara County. As a community leader, Jeff is a believer in the DCP mission and vision for students to have the opportunity of a college education through strategic planning, individualized environment for learning and hard work.
