Terry Deveau

Terry is a Senior Managing Director at Newmark Cornish & Carey, one of the world’s largest Commercial Real Estate Brokerage and Service firms. Over his 29-year career he has developed extensive brokerage experience in Office, R&D and Industrial Product leasing and sales as well as the sale and development of land deals. On a personal level he has been a partner in the acquisition, repositioning and disposition of over 20 properties in northern California and Nevada. His father was a hotel manager and until middle school he lived in different hotels throughout the US until moving to northern California where to date he has lived in 19 different places. Terry graduated Cum Laude from U.C. Berkeley with a B.S. in Political Economy of Natural Resources. He strongly believes that motivated people with the proper coaching and guidance will become successful and that DCP’s vision and implementation of that vision are a great resource for the students and families it services.
