Julia Ibarra-Fresquez

This is my 8th year as a DCP parent.  I am a proud parent of a First Generation Latina DCP graduate that is currently attending DePaul University in Chicago.  I am a daughter of Mexican immigrant parents from Jalisco. I've been a stay at home mom for the past 6 years.

I have served on DCP El Camino SSC in 2019 and 2020.  I was a part of the DCP Parent Coalition group.

I have also volunteered for the Children Protective Services.
